Many organizations, especially very large and distributed ones, may never make a wholesale transition to Agile. Commonly, such organizations contain localized groups or business units practicing some flavor of Agile, while the larger organization continues to manage its project portfolio in a more traditional manner. This session will offer some proven ways to maintain Agile success in the face of some of the more prevalent issues that arise in such an environment.
